The Don Cowell Memorial Trust was set up to perpetuate the memory of Don Cowell, a gifted player and teacher of the recorder and the mandolin, who was killed in a car accident in 1979.
The activities of the Trust are being supported by a generous bequest from the estate of Dr James Smibert.
